  4. 4 large lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. - In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil, add chicken, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 165°F).
  2. - In a small bowl, toss cooked chicken with buffalo sauce.
  3. - Place chicken mixture in lettuce leaves, using 2 leaves per serving, and roll up.
  4. - Serve fresh.
