Ingredients
- 8 pork ribs
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- - Preheat oven to 350°F.
- - Rub ribs with olive oil, salt, and pepper, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 45 minutes. Brush with BBQ sauce and bake for another 15 minutes until tender (internal temperature 160°F).
- - In a medium bowl, mix coleslaw with mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar.
- - Serve 4 ribs with 1/2 cup slaw per portion warm.
Storage
