  1. 8 pork ribs
  2. 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  3. 1 cup coleslaw mix
  4. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  5. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  6. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. - Rub ribs with olive oil, salt, and pepper, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 45 minutes. Brush with BBQ sauce and bake for another 15 minutes until tender (internal temperature 160°F).
  3. - In a medium bowl, mix coleslaw with mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar.
  4. - Serve 4 ribs with 1/2 cup slaw per portion warm.
