  1. 8 ounces pork tenderloin, cut into 2 pieces
  2. 4 slices bacon
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. - Rub pork pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. - Wrap each piece with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
