Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
- - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- - In a bowl, mix turkey, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; shape into a loaf and place in a loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked through (165°F/74°C).
