  1. 1 lb ground turkey
  2. 1 egg
  3. 2 tablespoons almond flour
  4. 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  5. 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. - Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. - In a bowl, mix turkey, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; form into 16 meatballs.
  3. - Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (165°F/74°C).
  4. - In a saucepan, heat olive oil, add spinach and tomatoes, and simmer for 10 minutes; add meatballs to coat.
  5. - Serve 4 meatballs with sauce per portion warm.
