Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. - In a baking dish, mix turkey, spinach, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. - Bake for 25-30 minutes until turkey is cooked through (165°F/74°C), stirring halfway.
  4. - Serve warm.
