Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, then mix with beef, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl; shape into a loaf.
- - Place in a loaf pan, drizzle with remaining oil, and bake for 50-60 minutes until done (160°F/71°C).
- - Slice and serve warm.
