  4. 1 onion , chopped
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  6. Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. Add onions and carrots, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30-35 minutes until tender.
