  3. 1 cup heavy cream
  4. 1 tablespoon erythritol

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat cream and lard until simmering.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk egg yolks and erythritol; slowly add hot mixture while whisking, then return to saucepan.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5-10 minutes until thickened; pour into cups and chill for 2 hours.
  4. Serve chilled.
