Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
- 1 tablespoon erythritol
Directions
- In a medium bowl, heat 1 cup cream until warm, sprinkle gelatin over it, and let sit for 5 minutes; stir in remaining cream and erythritol until dissolved.
- Pour into ramekins and chill for 4 hours until set.
- Serve chilled.
