  1. 4 slices turkey bacon
  2. 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
  2. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, then remove to a plate to cool slightly.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese over each bacon slice and sprinkle with chives if using.
  4. Roll up each slice tightly, serve 2 roll-ups per plate at room temperature or chilled.
