Ingredients
- 8 ounces ground pork (sugar-free for Whole30)
- 1 cup apple, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
- Add ground pork and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 160°F).
- Add diced apple, cinnamon, salt, and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until apple softens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Divide into two bowls and serve hot.
Storage
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
