  1. 8 ounces ground pork (sugar-free for Whole30)
  2. 1 cup apple, peeled and diced
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
  2. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 160°F).
  3. Add diced apple, cinnamon, salt, and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until apple softens, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Divide into two bowls and serve hot.
