  1. 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

  3. 1/4 cup almond butter
  4. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, melted coconut oil, almond butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  2. Spoon mixture evenly into 8 cups of a small muffin tin or silicone mold (about 1 tablespoon each).
  3. Freeze for at least 1 hour until set.
  4. Remove from mold and serve 2 bombs per plate chilled.
