Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon (sugar-free for Whole30)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, then remove to a paper towel to drain.
- In the same skillet with bacon grease, crack eggs and fry until yolks are set to preference (sunny-side up or over-easy), about 3-5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Place 2 eggs and 2 bacon slices on each plate and serve hot.
Storage
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
