  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet over low heat, melt butter.
  2. Carefully add egg yolks to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook gently, stirring occasionally, until just warmed through, about 2-3 minutes (do not overcook).
  3. Divide into two small bowls or plates and serve warm.
