Ingredients
- 4 ounces turkey breast, thinly sliced (sugar-free for Whole30)
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and scooped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, mash avocado with a fork, mixing in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Lay out 4 turkey slices, spread 1/4 of the avocado mixture on each slice.
- Roll up each slice tightly.
- Serve 2 roll-ups per plate at room temperature or chilled.
