Ingredients
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 4 ounces ground bison (sugar-free for Whole30)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
- Add ground bison and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 160°F).
- Pour beaten eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and scramble, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
