Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon (sugar-free for Whole30)
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and scooped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, then remove to a plate and crumble.
- In a bowl, mash avocado with olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
