Ingredients
- 1 pre -made pizza crust (about 12 inches, gluten-free for Gluten-Free tag)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sausage, ground (halal if needed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 425°F and place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
- Add sausage and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 160°F).
- Spread sausage evenly over the pizza crust, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Crack eggs onto the pizza, spacing them evenly, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until eggs are set and crust is golden.
- Cut into 4 slices and serve warm, 1 slice per plate.
