  1. 1 pre -made pizza crust (about 12 inches, gluten-free for Gluten-Free tag)
  2. 4 large eggs
  3. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. 1/4 cup sausage, ground (halal if needed)

  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F and place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
  3. Add sausage and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 160°F).
  4. Spread sausage evenly over the pizza crust, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Crack eggs onto the pizza, spacing them evenly, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until eggs are set and crust is golden.
  7. Cut into 4 slices and serve warm, 1 slice per plate.
