  2. 1/4 cup almond flour (or breadcrumbs for non-GF)
  3. 1 large egg
  4. 1 cup marinara sauce (no sugar for Whole30)
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, egg, salt, and pepper, mixing well, and form into 6 meatballs.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
  3. Cook meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes (internal temperature 165°F).
  4. Add marinara sauce to the skillet, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Divide into two servings (3 meatballs each) and serve hot.
