  5. 4 large lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, and pepper, forming into 2 patties.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
  3. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  4. Place each patty between 2 lettuce leaves as a bun and serve hot.
