Ingredients
- 8 ounces steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- - In a medium pot, bring water to a boil, add potatoes, and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender, then drain.
- - In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, season steak with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned (internal temperature 160°F).
