Ingredients
- 8 ounces white fish fillet (e.g., cod)
- 1 cup potatoes, cut into fries
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- - Preheat oven to 400°F.
