Ingredients
- 4 cups bone broth (low-sodium for DASH)
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
- In a large pot over medium heat, bring water to a boil, add carrots, and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes, then drain.
- In a blender or food processor, puree carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Heat bone broth in the pot over medium heat, stir in carrot puree, and simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
