  1. 4 medium zucchinis, halved and hollowed
  2. 1 pound ground beef
  3. 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  4. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
