Ingredients

- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add onions and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes.
