  2. 2 large eggs, beaten
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring bone broth to a simmer, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.
  3. Slowly drizzle beaten eggs into the simmering broth while stirring gently to create thin ribbons, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, divide into two bowls, and garnish with chives if desired.
  5. Serve warm.
